Blackjack is a card game usually played in casinos. It is one of the most popular gambling games. Hebrews 13:5 says that "Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." Gambling is objectively a sin, and is only for those who are seeking wealth and love mammon more than God. If you play this wicked game, you hate God, and love mammon, because you cannot serve two masters and you MUST love one and hate the other! MUST!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, the rules are as follows, as it helps to know thine enemy:

The player plays against a dealer and other players, placing a wager, which wagering standards are placed on the table. They are then handed two cards, one face-up, and another face-down. The object is to get as close to 21 without going over. They can request another card, and can keep requesting cards until they decide to stay at 17 or above or bust (go over 21). They can split two cards if they are of same value, or double on a wager by receiving only one additional card. The player wins and takes all bets if they are the closest without going over. A Blackjack is an ace and a card valued 10 (10, jack, queen or king) and pays higher returns.

The dealer must hit on anything below 17 and must stand on anything higher. (18-21)

In most casinos each player is betting against the dealer only. Other players in the game change the odds of what card is next to deal. Card counting is one method of tracking odds by keeping track of how many high and low cards have been dealt. This practice is frowned on by casinos.
