Infant baptism

Infant baptism is the heretical view that infants need to be baptized when baptism is for believers only. It is usually done by sprinkling, though Eastern Orthodox do immerse babies. This is because of an incorrect understanding of original sin and the assumption of baptismal regeneration being correct thus necessitating babies be baptized or risk hellfire, not even taking into account the many babies slaughtered through abortion. Babies, whether born or not, have not hit the age of accountability and therefore do not need to be baptized.
