Jesus Christ is the true Lord of all, and His will should be the will of His people. Born of a literal virgin, Jesus Christ died on the cross for the eternal salvation of all who believe in Him, and not for those reprobates and other sinners who dare mock and not follow His will, such as atheists, Muslims, Shintoists, and Marxists.

As the second part of the Holy Trinity, Jesus was and is fully God and fully man, and it was His sacrifice on the cross that was the ultimate sacrifice for all sins. He was born in the reign of Augustus Caesar around 5 B.C. in Bethlehem, Judea to the virgin Mary and was raised in Nazareth in Galilee by his mother and step-father, Joseph, whom He followed in becoming a carpenter. He was executed by crucifixion in about 34 A.D., after condemnation by Pontius Pilate, the fifth procurator of Judea. Approximately, 2000 years ago, Jesus began His ministry after being baptized by John the Baptist and began preaching what we know today as the Gospel. The Gospel or "the good news", was Jesus' message to the people that we should repent and we can be forgiven of sins and have salvation in Him. Jesus, the Son of God, also has the power to forgive the sins of man (Matthew 9:6 ). Jesus in His ministry said very powerful things and it was said of Him that no one spoke as He did. He spoke in parables with great wisdom and knowledge.

It was the revolutionary act of Jesus, a sinless man, dying for the sins of all as the ultimate sacrifice that is the pure essence of John 3:16: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." By accepting this sacrifice of Jesus and following Him, one can be saved for all of eternity from the justly earned penalty of sin.
